Im going thru the company now and I just got the email last night that had my ID # and password in it. I tried to log in but it wouldnt let me saying to try again in a few hours. I finally logged in today and was totally confused about the process because they didnt tell me what to do and the # of bedrooms an the price were not listed. I was totally pissed b/c she said they would be when I called her earlyer.
So now I had to just right down the info that I did have and call those people just to ask them what there price is and I couldnt get ahold of half the companys that the people were going thru.
I dont trust anyone now because I was just screwed over by a Texas company called Rentmax, losing my $60 hard earned bucks. Soooo I gave Hrnational a prepaid money card from walmart so they cant screw me over also.
Im canceling them after 5 days and letting them know that Im very disapointed in them and that the 'customer service' people lied to me.
Dont go thu this company. Just work with a free local company or get your own realater.
