My business partner recently ordered from badgebarn.com. It was an abominable experience. Of the 250 magnets she ordered not one was useable. Every magnet contained bleed on the sides from the magnet next to it because they were not cut correctly. The type was not sharp, the picture quality was poor and the background color wasn't the true blue she thought she was getting. Their customer "service" is a joke. I spent 30 min. Talking to their production department and after refusing to allow me to speak to anyone else was hung up on. Because the quality was so poor we requested a refund which was refused. They "generously" offered to remake the magnets, but as I tried to explain to them, why would I wait another 3 weeks to get poor quality.
