I (use to) frequent The Cliff House Inn, in beautiful Mussel Shoals, CA. However, since LAST summer '08, I have been waiting for the Owner/General Manager Mr. Sanford Porter to refund my Deposit that I made for a weekend stay. I cancelled within the 72 hours Cancellation Policy, but apparently ONLY Mr. Porter is authorized to do refunds. I mean why have a Front Desk Staff if they are not able to do this (Customer Service) Task? I have made numerous phone calls, sent eMails, sent 2 letters, All with No Reply. I am prepared to take Legal Action, so I guess I'm just looking for others who are probably waiting, just like me. I noticed that Mr. Porter is alreay on the complaint list, but as a Prevert, go figure. Just refund back my money, already.
