On November 21, I was sent an E-mail advertising free samples from Hydrodrem. The samples were Body Shape Cream and Anti-wrinkle Cream. The ad specifically stated that all you had to do was play shipping and handling charges that totaled $6.95. I order the samples and paid the shipping and handling charges. On the 15th of December, I noticed that $56.90, as well as $45.90 had been debited from my account.
I telephone the company and asked them why they debited the money from my account when I did not authorized them to do so. The customer service rep, tried to tell me that I did not read the fine print on the ad. I told her there was no fine print and I have the original E-mail right in front of me. A few minutes later I received an E-mail saying that my order had been shipped. I called them back and asked them again what order are you talking about, all I ordered were free samples in which I paid the shipping and handling that you requested.
Therefore, you had no right to go into my account and deduct any money. The customer service rep hung up on me, I attempted to call them again but did not get an answer. That same day I contacted my bank and reported them, they are currently investigation this matter. Please consider this letter not just as a consumer complaints, but a warning to consumers everywhere. Hydroderm and Increaseyourhealth are nothing more that thieves and should be banned from advertising on the Internet.
Sincerely,
