This company offered a "free" credit report. They required that I enroll in a product that would alert me to changes in my credit report. Said I could cancel anytime within 8 days and this service would be free. Got my report and immediately began to try to cancel. I was referred to six different departments before someone finally handed me to cancellations. This is a decpetive practice. It was also very hard to locate the telephone number for the business - I had to research Equidata, Inc. I would avoid them at all costs and I have learned a hard lesson.
