The service was bad. Ordered Garmin City Navigator software. Bad price. Received it without any problems or delays. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
It might just be me, but I think that their website could use a redesign, or something. I found it rather difficult to find what I was looking for. For example, this software wasn't listed under "software", you had to look under accessories for a particular gps unit. The gps I wanted to buy was there one evening, the next morning, when I decided to order it, after much looking on their site, I couldn't find the page for it again. It was possibly removed for a good reason.in any case, I went somewhere else to get it.
