Defective mounting stakes

I bought two sets of outdoor solar lights from home depot as well as the cheap plastic increasing levels have all damaged. Homedepot claims they don't bring replacement parts. The lights are worthless installing on the floor without any increasing levels. I want 12 new increasing levels. Please send to me asap.
