Sticking with the reality, this merchant doesn't deliver a dollar amount recipt with purchases, and therefore are the largest slackers as it pertains to supplying a recipt or assistance I've observed in the two decades and 40 orders I've created on the internet, Tim and Megan did nothing-when (named) and required a reciept be delivered, there okay about delivering items but-don't search for any assistance at-all, I dropped a refund due to there do not provide a darn perspective and steps, you might want to think about purchasing elsewhere if your refund is concerned, I about the other hand Won't be doing (ANY) company with EGGHEAD again, take this caution.
