These companies and their owner pretend that they make casework but they buy all of their products from different sources and do not pay their suppliers or subcontractors. When they mismanage projects and can't pay their suppliers and vendors they just open another limited liabilty corporation and keep running the same scam. If you are a supplier or vendor make sure you file your mechanics' lien documents in advance. This is serious advice from a company that has been cheated out of $15,000.00. Do not trust Jerry Sager or any business entity with which he is involved.
