Sager Service absolutely terrible Ripoff

Sager notebook has absolutely terrible service. Having problems with purchase and RMA the product with only solution to be problem is for owner of the product to spend more money and purchase other equipment to deal with the situation. When talking to members of the company, no accomodations have been made and management just turn a deaf ear. After the situation was over, owner is more frustrated with the purchase and regrets completing the transaction in the first place
