False advertising. Poor customer service. Threatens to beat me up! Uses other brands photos for their benefit

This seller are cheaters and scammers. I placed an order on Ebay January 25 for a Vanguard case they put on the listing. I am sure its a Vanguard case co'z I have one for my video camera. Upon receiving the package, What I get is a poor quality case that can easily break. They claim its not Vanguard case they are selling and keep telling me that I am a liar! What kind of customer service is that? They even threatens me saying they know where I live and will beat me up!

I really don't need a refund co'z I'm a busy person and don't want to have all the hazzle. What I don't like is the tone of the voice on the other line stating I'm a liar.

DIGITALINNOVATIONSNY are tricksters, scammers, liars, cheaters, thiefs, and should NOT be allowed to hide behind a business name to abuse and rip people off their hard earned money.
