Heads up. I am currently looking for work so you can imagine how many people and/or entities have access to my basic contact information.
1.) This company called me regarding my resume, but couldn't tell me where they got my resume from.
2.) The heavily-accented female offered me possible placement if cities that were hundreds of miles from where I am based and sounded confused when I cited the great distances between these cities. Any professional staffing company worth their salt is going to have some concept of North American geography.
3.) Their website has numerous spelling and grammatical errors. This is an even bigger red flag. Examples are:
Homepage menu has "Testiomonials" instead of "Testimonials"
Statements such as, "We understand your concerns regarding staffing need." - should be needs.
Another statement, "That is the reason ALL our candidate go through testing and extensive background check and past employments references, prior to go out to your sites." This one speaks for itself.
There are many more, particularly in their "Employee Handbook, " but I cannot list them all.
In summary, what I have cited above is legitimate cause for concern regarding the validity and authenticity of this company. I cannot find much about them in the internet so I believe they are quite new on the scene. I, for one, will not be doing business with them.
