I was contacted by this business, to be hired as a mystery shopper. They sent me a check for $3500, to do my assignment & payment for the week. I was instructed to deposit the check into my account, and call them for my assignment. Idid it and a Cordinator by the name of Larry Phillips told me to go to wallmare in my area (Money gram) and send a money gram to a person that i trust as this iw my first training, to verify if they were over charging people on these transactions, iam to buy the money gram for $3000.00 and tell them to take the fee out of it. I sent it, and i am to call and let him know when the assignment was done. Icalled him and told him that i had completed the assignment, he asked for the reference # and i gave it to him, he then said that that money is frozen, and am to be sent another check for my next assignment, go ahead and pay myself the 300, for the wee. And 200 for shopping. I got a call form the bank on moday morning telling me that the check was returned, it was no good, and that i was taken advantage of. I have to pay the bank back and this is degrading, since i did business in good faith, and they stopped payment on the check. They collected the money. A police repot was made, but money gram give moneuyto someone other than the one it was sent to, and claimed that the money was paid to someone showing an ID of the reciever, i asked where was the monet picked up and they will not tell me, I think that he has someone in there doing his dirty work because how could they pey that kind of money to someone using a fake i ]d, the reciever has to have a state id or else they cannot recieve the money. So it is a click, and i feel like money gram should be made to refund me the money. Ido hope that you can help me and thanks Ann
