Incorrect charges (unwarranted late charges or fees, fees for fees)
Miss-used bank EFT information (amounts, dates)
Been given false information regarding childcare openings (told there were none when there were)
Mid-year rate increases
Been denied the right to enroll qualified children in childcare
Unresolvable issues due to managment support of unethical practices
Discriminated against due to Title XX
Discriminated against due family status and interactions to conflicts
Lost work time, wages and job due to unnecessary child suspensions
Been disrespected by staff or slandered to staff by management
Many parents have been subject to this immorality. Some have come forward and some still live under the cloudy of fear that they may loose their childcare. Please do not be afraid to step forward for fear that you will loose your childcare. Your information will be kept anonymous.
