QuantumLink is the WORST phone company ever!!!
Here's the scam. QuantumLink calls you up and offer pretty good rates for long distance. They offered 6.9 nationwide and 15 cents to europe. Furter, they offer every 3rd bill is Free!
I had AT&T for 7cents state to state and 20 to europe, so I figured it was worth switching.
So, the first bill comes and if you look and do the math, QuantumLink charged 13.9 state to state and 29 cents to Europe.
So, I call Quantum Link and they tried to say that the salesman said INTRA state, not INTER state which was a complete lie. After checking the QuantumLink recording, they realized that they had promised 6.9 state to state. Then they clainmed that they would 'rerate' it on the next bill. Which meant to them that they would maybe get the biling right on the next bill, which they DID NOT.
This company REFUSED to correct the bill.
To make a long story short, they have to date, practiced dishonest sales techniques, refused to corresct their fraudulent billing practices, disconnected my long distance, kept my toll free #, and now they harass me every day to pay them. This a-hole calles every fricking day!
All I have ever asked for is a corrected bill, which they have refused, time after time. Further, they will not stop calling no matter how many times I've asked.
