I1. I called Ambrosio Law office when I received the letter October 30 stating and spoke to Valerie. I told her I was going to pay the $1500. I mailed a check to your office at 5897 SW 29th Topeka KS 66614 because that was in the phone book. Never heard anything more from their office. I figured the account was paid off until I received a letter from Todd Butler (collections) I called Ambrosio Law office and told Val the check was mailed back on November 4th. Val told me that I now need to deal with Todd Butler office. A replacement check has been issued and certified mailed on January 21 for the $1500 to get this debt taken care of at address 800 SW Jackson Topeka KS 66612.
2. I have been more than dissatisfied with your actions on trying to get this resolved. So I contacted the Kansas Bar Association with trying to get this issue resolved, however their office never heard a response from you regarding this issue. So I took it further to contact the Attorney General and Deputy Disciplinary Administrators office.
The issue 1st arose when I called the office to change my address to where the correspondence were mailed. I seem to receive all the correspondence for court but none with the billing information which was being send to a different address. I am not clear why Ambrosio Law office was mailing my account correspondence to 2 separate addresses and still not. Ambrosio Law could not explain it to me either when I asked. The contract under page 3 of 4 all statements are due in full by the 15th of the month. If your account is not kept current, the firm may seek permission to withdraw as counsel. If arrangements need to be made, must be made prior to the 15th of the month.
3. My counterclaim - Ambrosio Law Office should have withdrawn from the case when the account was first in default. No additional services should have been provided until the account was paid in full.
They only want your money and wont help you in court!!!
