Ripp off artist

My wife and I ordered clock parts on December 17, they withdrew the funds, $64.45 on December 22, and we have never heard from them. They will not answer phone or email inquiries. I guess we have hit a dead end. We have contacted the police department in the town where they supposedly are. Beware of this company
