I simply purchased a Hofner Image Bass in the mail-order division of 8th Street Music in Philadelphia. The knowledge was ideal. I requested the bass online on the Sunday morning. A worker named me on Friday to verify my payment info and reply a problem I'd sent ("may be the product in-stock?" - it had been).
