Stop billing me and stop sending me these magazines

I am receiving PREVENTION AND LADIES HOME JOURNAL magazines and do not want to. My credit card co. Is getting billed app. 54.00 without my consent. I did not choose to renew this. The information from my credit card co. Shows very vague information on this co. I have no idea how or who to contact except by mail which I have done and it still keeps coming. I have started an inquiry with my credit card co. So they will no longer accept any charges.
