In July I contracted with Dependable Waterproofing to waterproof my basement. They failed to do so.in the process they cut my main waterline, leaving me without water for 4 days until I could arrange to have it repaired.
Despite numerous contacts and promises from them as well as a small claims case (I won because they never appeared) they have never made good on their contract or their word. I have spent $4100, and the basement now leaks worse than it did before their treatment.
The company is owned by the Farrington Brotrhers who also own and run Techniks Construction.
