Never received shipment and no response from Customer Service

I ordered UGG boots from this website for my daughter for Christmas on 12/1. I immediately received an email that my order had been placed and the funds were charged to my credit card that day. I did not hear another word from the company until I emailed their Customer Service on 12/19. They replied on 12/22 that the boots cleared US Customs at approximately 10am on 12/21. I still have not received the boots.

I emailed their Customer Service again on 1/2 and have not received a reply. This is 1/6. Their website claims that they respond to all emails within 24 hours. Based on other complaints I have read on this and other websites, I'm afraid I've been ripped off by this Company. I've initiated a claim through PayPal, but based on other customers complaints, I'm not expecting to get a refund.
