I purchased a Black Halo dress from Michelle Wendell of ChicLittleDevil.com for $162.50 via certified check in October. As of today, 01/06/09 I have yet to receive the dress or a refund for my dress. I have received a total run-around by Ms. Wendell..."My assistant is out of town, my shipper is ill, I am getting more of these dresses in a week, etc. Etc." She is a total thief and dishonest person. I filed a mail fraud complaint with the postal inspectors on 01/05/09. My next step is to sue or file criminal complaints.
