I was moving and had an issue with the land lords. The land lords called pods to remove my unit off the property. Pods came took my property into storage against my wishes (they would not take it to the new place). Now three months later in early dec a woman named maria festa called and said my property will be sold at auction on jan 8. I had received no notice they sent all the notices to my old address even though i gave them the new one. They had my correct e-mail address and telephone number. Ms festa was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I put a complaint in supposedly to her supervisor in mid dec no call. I called back at least twice a week and still no call from the supervisor. Ms festa called and plainly taunted me regarding filing a complaint. I kept calling each time customer service says its nothing they can do i have to talk to accounting, even though ms festa is in accounting. There is no way to go to a higher source and from this i suspect that customer service knows nothing about anything other than completing a sale. I have not received proper lien notice just a preliminary lien notice. I have not received official notice of the auction as stated in the ohio revised code 5322.03 she lied and said she sent it on dec 11 but i have received nothing. I ask for her to resend it and she refused and said she will not send a duplicate. I am very upset and dont know what to do, all i have in the world is on that pod. Ms festa even refuses to make reasonable arrangements. My pictures, my kids clothes, my daughters stuffed animals, my school books all on the pod if this sale happens my daughters and i will be wiped out!
