I was 100% dissatisfied with Executive Cameras. What attracted me to their website was their prices. I ordered a Hitachi video camcorder. When I ordered the camera it was listed as "in-stock." However after waiting two weeks when I was suppose to have it delivered in 10 days I was told it was never in stock. The company never notified me of this prior to me contacting them. My credit card was charged (4) days after ordering. I waited another week per the request of the customer service rep. Another week went by and no camera. I called again and was again told the camera was not in stock. I then cancelled my order. My credit card was never reimbursed, even after contacting the company several times. I had to result to filing a dispute with Visa to get my monies back. I was totally disgusted with my experience with Executive Cameras. I would not ever recommend them to anyone!
