I ordered from this company a service for 29.95 for information on background histories of persons, example / criminal records. I never received any information of any kind. I kept trying with no results. I then contacted the company and told them of my dissatisfaction with them and requested a refund. I told them of the problem i was having and also told them of a buyers remorse law in ohio where a person has 3 days to rescind their order and that i was requesting to have my money returned to my account which they had on record. Requested several times and have never had any indication from them that they were going to comply. I can't even log in to that website anymore.
