Taking money from my account without providing me a statement as to my balance, or if I've paid in full already!

I took out a loan with this company. Money has been debited out of my account to them. I can't seen to get ahold of them to find out how much I've paid down on the loan, or what my balance is. They continue to debit my account without any notice or statement, or call, or anything, to let me know what my balance is so that if I do have a balance i can pay it off. I am ready to close account or have bank refuse any ACH debits from this company. Maybe then they will get in touch with me.
