I placed an ad in July for 100 days and in December the ad expired and I did not renew it. 1-2 weeks later I receive all kinds of emails with "remove me from your list". I did not know what is going on but I saw it was connected to this Goginzo advertising. I found the old ad in an email and also the email address of the owner Jorge Ginzo. I send him an email to remove my email address right away and he send me back following:
"Dear Sir,
I will remove your email address. However please understand that we only emailed you to REMIND you that you can advertise again for free on GoGinzo.com.
It is NOT spam because YOU gave us YOUR email when you advertised."
He caused me a lot of trouble and wasted my time in using my email address for fraudulent advertising which I never approved. I dont even know what he was sending out!
I never was asked if I am agreeing to provide my email address for further advertising. I also got emails from other people who were puzzled like me as they got also remove from list emails.
