On September 19, my organization commissioned Ms. Ogle to do some embroidery on the collector's coat that I own. I sent the coat to her, but haven't obtained it back, despite delivering her a look for the agreed upon stability. Ms. Ogle has created many guarantees, both verbally as well as in publishing, to come back the coat, however now will not return our calls and emails. I've attempted repeatedly to obtain my home in an amiable and municipal method to no avail. The coat has wonderful emotional importance, because it has been around our household for 35 years. I'd merely like our home delivered.
