On 1/29 10AM my wife and I went to H&R Block to have taxes prepared this was done by Wanda May Profession #144908
After about 45 minutes she had the taxes done and we were happywe payed 162.00 to have them efiled and direct deposited. After a week or so my wife call to check on the return couldn't find out a thing. She call the office of H&R Block that had prepared the taxes and was told that we should get any day.
After two weeks she called again and told them that she could not find out anything about our taxes from the IRS. On 02/22/03 my said that she couldn't find were H&R Block had taken the money out of our acount.
Today we went in and asked them inperson when the lady at the front desk typed in out information she said that we would have to talk to the supervisor. After 10 to 15 minutes she came out and we went to a booth after she typed in our information she started to look at our file and it hasn't been filed.
She went and etrans the from our account and then said that we would have our money in march. I was mad and they all new it. Then she said I will give you a give you credit for next year tax return and I told her that we would not be back next year and walked out.
