Amerigas has locked in a rate of $3.289 per gallon and is requesting $50.00 to release the lock. Ther current price is $2.21. The lock was not authorized at $3.289 and yet they have overcharged this account for the past year.
I am conderned they are doing this to other accounts in the area. I am hoping you can assist in the investigation and possible recourse for their complete dishonesty.
