DBR marketing contacted me over the phone to sponsor an ad with the Lincoln County NC Emergency Guide.
Christina took my personal information over the phone & payment.
I also contacted Susan Spake of Lincoln Co. EMS (www.lincalert.org), Director, BEFORE paying DBR to make sure they were a legit company and was told by Susan they were and the company does this every year.
After waiting 3 months, I did not receive the magnet ad I paid for. I was finally able to get one of the ads and my business information was not on it.
After contacting DBR 6 times by phone, their number (s) have been disconnected and the remaining line that actually works, no one will answer.
I have filed fraud charges with Lincoln Co. Sheriff's Dept.
Not only has this company stolen $300 from me, they have made me lose a considerable amount of time trying to track them down.
