Dear Ms Handler:
On October 24, I purchased your quarterly marketing program, for $998.00. I was told at that time that your company would provide introductions to pre-qualified companies to market my sign business. You assured me that I would have the opportunity to review a list of companies being contacted on my behalf.
Your marketing services stated that I would receive a status report on a regular basis. Your promotional services were to include an introductory fax, a brochure fax, a reminder fax, a 2nd reminder fax, a final fax and follow up phone calls.
You also guaranteed my satisfaction.
I can assure you that I am not satisfied. I have no evidence that any of the above actions have been carried out. I know that as a small business owner, I must seem nave and gullible to you, handing over my money so freely. The way I survived in business for twelve years has been with honesty and integrity. I assumed that others also operate on those principles. Obviously, I was incorrect.
Please advise me when you will refund my money.
