I guess I'm late to the party, but my check was dated Nov. 18, last year, the check was paid on 11/29 and I haven't received anything either.
If everyone would make an official complaint with the U.S. Postal Service, then their mail fraud unit should get involved and shut this guy down. But one or two complaints won't cause much of a stir.
The money amount is probably not large enough to interest any class action attorneys.
