He took a retainer, moved his office, did no work and was unreachable for more than a year. He was featured on Eyewitness News

Mr. Alejandro was paid a $10,000 retainer to handle the appeal of Michael Robinson. He has not been seen since he collected the retainer. Fiinally, a feature was done on ABC Eyewitness News and the retainer was returned a year and a half later. Mr. Alejandro deserves to be disbarred.
