Consolidated Media Sevices (CMIS) is a complete scam artis. I was called and figured they were Publisher Clearing House. They never did mention CMIS at any time. Saying you could be the big winner in there sweepstakes and get a free watch (Which I have yet to see) They didn't even mention that they would be taking money out of my. Yes My bank account. I have no ideal how they got that information and as far as I am conserned that is enough for legal action. I did start to get magazines but one I never even said I wanted.

I have tried repeatedly to cancel. First time the one call center lady disconnected me for just saying the word Dam! I called a 2nd time only to say I was being transfered and then cut off. The 3rd time was some slicksterr who after I told him I needed to cancel because I have no job and I'm looking basically told me that well you had your 10 days to cancle (That was never stated) and that your stuck in a contract.
I told him do I have to get lawyers involved and he was like if you want! So to the guy or anyone else who like to start a class action suite against these people I'm all willing!!
