I placed an order for a 12ft helium blimp on March 14th and I was told repeatedly that my order was being made and processed and that it would take another month, then another month and another, until I called.
When I called to complain to the owner, Paul Pacelli, he told me to fxxx myself and that he was keeping the money and that I should pursue him in small claims court in California!
