On black friday I went into a south texas cricket wireless store and purchased two phones. I went to cricket to save a few bucks every month. Little did I know... Over the next few days I would spend over three hours on the phone.
I had to spend more than that over the next several days because over the the course of the first five days that i have cricket either one phone or the other would not be working. One phone would then fry itself. And the store's response was to give me a free downgrade.
I ported my number out and went to return the phones. The one phone which is actually working they refuse to take back. I have called the corporate office in san diego and gone to only thier corporate stores. They claim the reason they will not accept the phone back is because I used over 30 minutes on it. That was gone the first time I called the port center. Every time i call their customer service I am left on hold for over 30 minutes. I was told by their corporate office that a Supervisor would call me back in an hour to an hour and a half.
I have been waiting for well over two days.
