Ripoff, false advertising

I was told by one individual with the company that if I copied the last 3 years of my tax returns and sent them in and National Audit Defense Network could not find a way to get any more money back than what my local accountant did, then I would be entitled to the "Year End Guarantee" and get my $1300 back.

I was told by another individual that "We don't want to make a bad name, so we can work something out".

We even received a phone call after the tax return thing telling us that our money would be refunded and then all of a sudden someone else calls and starts asking questions as to what other steps we used such as referral cards and home based business. She says we didn't hand out enough "referral cards" so we didn't utilize the service to their liking and therefore would not be getting our money back.
