Hipping Procedures
For all frozen foods and meat products, we use ice packs and a reusable, insulated cooler. This combination will insure your frozen food products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. When you place your order, you will receive confirmation by email and a customer service representative will call to arrange delivery and confirm the shipping charges. The exact shipping charge will be billed to your credit card once your order has been packed and weighed. The shipping rates below are subject to change based on the total weight and number of boxes of your order, as well as the delivery company's rate changes. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. And F.P.O. Addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping
Your package will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order. Please review the shipping and handling rate schedule below.
Priority Delivery
Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is an additional $10.00 charge for this service per box. Orders placed after 9:00 A.M. On Wednesday will arrive the following week.
Standard Overnight Delivery
Since we process your order fresh, one day processing time will be needed for meat orders prior to shipping. Order by 9:00 A.M. (Central Time) weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon. Rush service is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. There is an additional $25.00 charge per box to have your package arrive the next day. All frozen foods and meats must be shipped overnight. Allow one day for processing and packing for all orders prior to shipping.

Not true my order was $100.00 states $21.99 never was contacted before charged gave fax & voice mail was billed $183.53 if they left message or fax i would not ok d order because $83 shiping is crazy plus they sent frozen food by mail and i was not here to sign so i think they are RIPOFFS THEVES
