Pursuant to the matter at hand, we need to come together to bring this type of consumer fraud down. We need to petition legal representation on our behalf and all those who have fallen victims to this type of fraudulent activity. We need a voice to represent us in a class action suit. We call for legal representation. These types of scams are more and more easily accessible, ironically, through the web and other communication resources.
If necessary this is to be voiced with the national media and matters like these need to be addressed on a national and worldwide level. Please take note of our complaint in this matter. Filing a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau and other facilities such as the Federal Trade Commission is just the beginning. The outcome should be more than just a reimbursement of funds but the filing of a formal criminal complaint with penalties for the responsible parties.
