I received an email from Experian regarding a dispute online with my credit report. They provide a link to the dispute. You must have the file number off the credit report to view your dispute results. I did not have the file number, so opted to purchase a new report. I followed all the links, put in my card info and a new window popup sat with a white screen and never produced any reports.
I have called every possible number for Experian out there to get the report I paid for or the refund. Noone at any number says they have an order for me nor have any record of me ordering.
Its only $8.10... But if this is a fraudulent company, they now have my frigging bank account info! Plus, the principal of the matter... I PAID for this and I want it!
The phone number my bank has is 714-385-8233, which of course is a non working number.
Can anyone help me out with some way to proceed? PS: I am disputing the charges on my debit card, but who is to say they wont charge again or do this to someone else??
