My mother ordered hearing aids from this piss ass company, never did receive them. They were ordered on 7-11, check was cashed 3 days later. I called for the third or fourth time on Oct 18th and was told the items were shipped.
We finally received an envelope that supposedly contained her shipment. The envelope was so badly damaged, so I called the company, they told me that they stuck both boxes of her order in the envelope (which by the way was not even an 8 x 10 size). The lady told me not a problem, they will reship&It will take 5-6 weeks before we can get it. I told her that was unacceptable and that we just want the $ back& (my mom even paid for insurance on the items). The lady I spoke with did not have a problem with that and said that check would take 3-4 weeks.
It is now February 10th and still no product or money. I try to call every other day, but the phone is always busy, or just rings and rings. I tried emailing also - Never get an answer.
It is ashame that these people take such advantage of everyone. We all work hard for our money and it is unbelievable that they feel it is ok to just rip everyone one off.
