Do not buy teapots at teavana
I got a very EXPENSIVE teapot at teavana ($160.00) and after 8 months of EXTREMELY careful use, the internal cover of the teapot (ENAMEL) started to flake off. I went to to the store where I got it (TEAVANA AT THE BURLIGTON MALL IN MASSACHUSETTS) and requested an exchange but they started to delay the process until the warranty expired.
Moral of the story:
1.-DO NOT BUY TEAPOTS AT TEAVANA. Go to your closest China Town and get an identical teapot for a fraction of the price. ($35.00)
2.-do not buy teapots at teavana. There is no warranty on the product they sell because they know it will break.
3.-DO NOT BUY TEAPOTS AT TEAVANA. Because whatever the problem you have, you will find a discourteous and inefficient customer service.
