Lee Burton calls 3-4 times per day telling anyone who answers that the owner of the company does not pay his bills and that we are about to have the company bank account frozen and no one will get paid

This company calls our office 3 to 4 times per day using different names. He tells anyone who answers the phone here that we are about to recieve a summons from the sheriff. When I ask why he states that the owner of this company does not pay his bills.

We have had several calls from this person, he uses obscene language and has called using different names. The last phone call I explained that we will be paying this and we would like to work out payment arrangements. He stated it's too late and they will be going to our bank today to freeze the account.
