I just paid off my credit card and needed to use it but was unable to purchase the plane tickets. Confused, I called my credit card company where they told me of a transaction for the amount of $139.95 was made that day to MWI Simple Escapes. They were unable to do anything yet as the charge was still pending. Furious, I combed the internet to find out who these people were and came across this website. Thanks to all of the reports I was able to contact the company with my complaint, and hopefully, they are crediting my account for the full amount. I will keep you posted if it does not happen.
