Ripoff and charged my credit card without authorization

I simply went to the internet and wanted to check my credit score and was told that a credit card number must be put in in order to get a report and that the credit card would not be charged. The credit card was charged for two month in a row for $11.95. I never requested or received a credit report nor authorized the site to charge my credit card. My research revealed that there is no telephone number or address available to contact. This is obviously deception and a "ripoff".
