Obtained my charge card record and observed the cost to GratefulBuys on October 16th. I noticed I'd not obtained the item from their store and so I examined the e-mailed proof. There is no following number for advantages (though I had been billed $13.35 for this) with no telephone number. Returned towards the site, got the telephone number, named the organization. The person I spoke to was belligerent, argumentative and defensive. I waited a couple of days but still didn't get the product and so I named again and got exactly the same reaction.in most the decades I've been purchasing from businesses on the web I've never had this issue or been handled with such contempt. Approached my charge card company to truly have the cost problematic and certainly will never again purchase out of this organization.
