Failure to respond to complaint

After filing an earlier report on complaint, regarding an attempted theft by a Blockbuster employee, and sending a letter to the CEO, Mr. Jim Keyes, I failed to receive satisfaction.
The letter was addressed to Mr. Keyes and was signed for by D. Tillman at 9:02 am on 8-7-08.
Not only has Mr. Keyes failed to respond to my complaint, but his HR manager in this area, Rae Wilson and his regional manager, Joey Harker have failed to respond.in addition, they continue to deny to BBB that I have been their customer and are attempting to have the complaint erased.
After doing some research, I have uncovered two lawfirms that have previously been involved in class action lawsuits against Blockbuster Video.
I suggest that Blockbuster has consistantly and pervasively encouraged deceptive and fraudulent business practices.
