This is one of BC largest Commerical Kennels with up to 800 dogs a year on his small 5 arces. Commerical kenenls are classified as Puppy Mills. He has health letters stating he has produced dogs with Hip Dysplasia but continues to breed the parents. He has had entire litters of puppies die from who knows what? He has pages of law suits against him and is very well known to the police. He has proven to be very violent and will come after you when you try to metions anything about his scamming.
This is not a breeder that wants to improve the breeds or help anyone but only profit from who every he can sucker in. He is not to be trusted, as he will say what he needs to make a sale. Ever thing needs to be in writting and signed but don't let him write it up as he knows the key words to take out so he can get out of backing any thing.
He will do what ever he can to take your money and does not care about what kind of dog you get if you have allergies or not. He will tell you your getting a small dog but it's out of two large dogs but once he has made the sale and got your money he looks at it as he won. He has had multiple jobs and complanies over the years and after a large settlement he started this puppy farm. He brags about Scamming people even an insurance company out of almost 400,000.00 for a Back injury: (ICBC) which he started his kennel from. An injuried man that he runs a huge farm, packing dogs, cuts trees, builds fences barns, stacks fire wood, packes 40pd bags of dog food. (Does this sound like a person with a BACK INJURY)
It is in my opinion THIS OWNERS (JAMIE SHEPPARD OF WINSOME KENNELS) IS A SCAM ARTIST, and has been getting away with it for years.
He knows the system, and enjoys working it. He is running a full time puppy mill,
Define Puppy Mill? It is a commerical kennel, No vet records for any check ups or health testing has ever been provided on his dogs. He has had multiple pages of law suits against him, and has several people that would confirm he is a rip off artist. He will threaten anyone with a law suit or with violent threats, always keep a tape recorder handy when this man ever calls.
