Won't hold their guarantee

We purchased a primo pad for our dog a few months ago because he was getting callouses on his elbows. The pad worked for about 3 days before my boxer decided to start tearing it up, he managed to keep it whole for about 3 more days when we came back that day it was in a million shreds.

We contacted Primo Pads the only way the make accessable, thru e-mail. I have done this several times over the past few months, I even tried to get them to respond to a fake "over sized request". To no avail, this company has a guarantee that they will replace the primo pad no matter what happens to it. Well they have failed, and now we are out 50 dollars. Please be carefull when ordering from this company, you may end up with packaging peanuts not a pad. My dog isn't that agressive and it didn't take much for him to tear it up.
